Fee Component Details
Tuition Fee: Covers instruction, academic resources, and access to digital platforms. Includes library access, laboratory use, and administrative support.
Hostel Rent: Charged for accommodation in campus-hostels. Various room types are available including single, double, triple sharing options.
Mess Advance: Paid monthly to cover food expenses. The mess billing system is transparent and updated regularly.
Student Benevolent Fund: A nominal fee collected to support students in need during emergencies or financial hardships.
Medical Fees: Covers basic medical services, consultations, and emergency treatments provided on campus.
Gymkhana Fees: Supports extracurricular activities, sports events, and student welfare programs.
Examination Fees: Covers the cost of conducting exams, evaluation processes, and result declaration.
Hostel & Mess Charges
The hostel system offers multiple room types:
- Single Sharing: Rs. 60,000/year
- Double Sharing: Rs. 60,000/year
- Triple Sharing: Rs. 60,000/year
Mess charges are determined based on the number of meals consumed and vary monthly. Rebate policies are applicable for students with exceptional attendance or academic performance.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
Eligibility criteria for financial assistance include:
- SC/ST/PwD Students: 100% waiver on tuition fee, with partial concession on hostel charges.
- EWS Category: 50% waiver on tuition fee and 30% on hostel charges.
- MCM (Meritorious Children of Migrant Communities): 25% waiver on tuition fee and 10% on hostel charges.
Applications for scholarships must be submitted along with supporting documents like income certificates, caste certificates, and academic records. The selection committee evaluates applications based on merit and need.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Fees are to be paid via online banking or NEFT/RTGS transfers. Late payments attract a penalty of Rs. 500 per day until full payment is received.
If a student withdraws from the program, refund rules apply as follows:
- Withdrawal before 1st month: Full refund minus administrative charges.
- Withdrawal between 1st and 3rd month: 50% refund with administrative deductions.
- Withdrawal after 3rd month: No refund, except in case of medical emergencies or other valid reasons approved by the administration.
