Fee Structure

The total fee for the MBA program at Dr D Y Patil Dnyan Prasad Pune is INR 15 lakhs for the entire duration of two years. The fee structure is divided into semesters, with each semester costing approximately INR 7.5 lakhs.

Hostel & Mess Charges

The university provides comfortable accommodation in well-furnished hostels for all students. The hostel charges vary depending on the room type:

• Single Occupancy Room: INR 1,50,000 per semester
• Double Occupancy Room: INR 1,20,000 per semester
• Triple Occupancy Room: INR 1,00,000 per semester

The mess charges are collected in advance for the entire academic year. The billing system includes daily meals with varied menu options and dietary accommodations.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Several financial assistance schemes are available to eligible students:

• SC/ST/PwD Category Students: Eligible for 100% fee waiver if income is below INR 2 lakhs per annum.
• EWS Category Students: Eligible for 50% fee concession if income is between INR 2 and 5 lakhs per annum.
• MCM (Minority Community Members): Eligible for 30% fee concession if income is below INR 3 lakhs per annum.

The application process involves submitting an income certificate, caste certificate (if applicable), and other required documents to the financial aid cell.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Students must complete fee payment within the specified deadline each semester. Late payments incur a penalty of INR 1000 per day.

In case of withdrawal, the refund policy is as follows:

• Before 15 days of admission: Full refund
• Between 15-30 days of admission: 75% refund
• After 30 days of admission: No refund

All refunds are processed within 30 working days after the withdrawal request is submitted.
