Hostel & Mess Charges

The university operates multiple hostels for male and female students, each equipped with essential facilities to ensure a comfortable living environment. Hostel rooms are categorized into single, double, triple, and quad occupancy options, depending on availability and preferences. The hostel fees include utilities such as electricity, water, internet, and maintenance charges.

Mess charges are collected in advance at the beginning of each semester and adjusted monthly based on actual consumption. The mess offers a diverse menu with vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, ensuring balanced nutrition for students. A rebate policy is applicable to students who reside outside the campus or those who do not consume meals regularly.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university provides various forms of financial assistance to deserving students through fee waivers, concessions, and scholarships. These are categorized based on merit, economic background, and reserved categories:

  • Merit-Based Scholarships: Top-performing students in class 12th or JEE Main/Advanced receive partial fee waivers. Students scoring above 95% in their qualifying exam are eligible for a 50% waiver.
  • Income-Based Concessions: For students from families with annual income below INR 2 lakh, a 25% concession is offered on tuition fees.
  • Reservation Category Scholarships: SC/ST/PwD students receive full fee waivers, while EWS students get a 50% discount. MCM (Minority Community) students are entitled to additional support based on individual circumstances.

The application process involves submitting relevant documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, and academic records. The university reviews applications annually, ensuring fair distribution of benefits among eligible candidates.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments can be made online via net banking, credit/debit cards, or UPI transfers. Students must complete the payment process before the specified deadline to avoid late fees. The university provides a detailed breakdown of fees on its portal, allowing students to track their payments and receipts.

If a student withdraws from the program, the refund policy is applied as follows: 80% of the total fee is refunded if withdrawal occurs within the first month. After one month but before six months, 50% is refunded, and no refund is given after six months. The refund process takes approximately 30 working days to complete.
