If a student withdraws from the program, the refund policy applies as follows:
- Full refund if withdrawal occurs within 15 days of admission.
- 70% refund if withdrawal occurs between 16-30 days.
- No refund after 30 days of admission.
The official refund process is initiated upon submission of a written request, original documents, and completion of all necessary formalities. Refunds are processed within 45 working days.
