Fee Component Breakdown

Student Benevolent Fund: A small fee dedicated to supporting financially disadvantaged students through scholarships and financial aid programs.

Hostel & Mess Charges

Mess charges are fixed monthly rates covering breakfast, lunch, and dinner for the entire semester. The mess operates on a prepaid system, where students pay in advance and can adjust their bills at the end of the term based on actual consumption.

Rebate policies allow students to receive partial refunds if they do not consume meals for extended periods or during holidays. Additional charges may apply for special dietary requirements or guest visits.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The college offers various financial aid options to deserving students based on merit and need. These include:

• Merit-based Scholarships: Awarded to top-performing students in their qualifying exams or during the program.
• Income-based Concessions: Available for students from economically weaker sections with annual income below specified slabs (e.g., below 2 lakh INR).
• Caste-based Benefits: Reserved seats and concessions for SC, ST, OBC-NCL, and PwD categories as per government guidelines.
• Special Need Scholarships: For students with exceptional circumstances such as medical emergencies or family hardships.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Fees must be paid within the specified deadline of each semester. Late payments attract a penalty fee of 500 INR per day until clearance is made.

If a student withdraws from the program, the refund policy applies as follows:

• Full refund if withdrawal occurs within 15 days of admission.
• 70% refund if withdrawal occurs between 16-30 days.
• No refund after 30 days of admission.

The official refund process is initiated upon submission of a written request, original documents, and completion of all necessary formalities. Refunds are processed within 45 working days.
