Hostel & Mess Charges

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments can be made online via net banking or credit/debit cards, or through bank transfers. All payments must be completed within the first week of each semester to avoid late fees.

Failure to pay within the deadline incurs a late fee of ₹5000 per month. Refunds are processed only after verification and approval by the finance department. Withdrawal requests must be submitted at least one month before the start of the semester to qualify for partial refunds.
