Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

In case of withdrawal from the program, refund policies are as follows:
- Full refund within 10 days if withdrawal occurs before the start of the semester
- Refund of 90% of fees if withdrawn within the first month of the semester
- Refund of 75% of fees if withdrawn after the first month but before mid-semester
- No refund if withdrawal occurs after mid-semester
All refunds are processed through the official university portal and may take up to 30 working days for completion.
