Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

  • Income Slabs for Scholarships:
    • Below Rs. 2 Lakh: Full waiver on tuition fee
    • Rs. 2-5 Lakh: 50% waiver on tuition fee
    • Rs. 5-10 Lakh: 30% waiver on tuition fee
  • Category-Based Benefits:
    • SC/ST/PwD: Full waiver on tuition and hostel charges
    • EWS: 25% concession on all fees
    • MCM (Minority Community): 10% reduction in total fees
  • Application Process: Students must submit income certificates, caste certificates (if applicable), and other supporting documents via the university portal. Applications are reviewed by the financial aid committee.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fees must be paid within 10 days of the start of each semester. Late payments incur a penalty of Rs. 500/day after the deadline. The university provides online payment facilities through secure gateways.

If a student withdraws from the program, the refund policy applies:

  • Withdrawal within First Month: Full refund minus processing charges
  • Withdrawal Between 1-3 Months: Refund of 80% minus processing fees
  • Withdrawal After 3 Months: No refund is provided

Refunds are processed within 30 working days after submission of the withdrawal form and all necessary documentation.
