Hostel & Mess Charges

The mess billing system operates on a monthly basis with advance payments required for meals. Rebates are available for students who opt out of mess services or stay in hostels outside campus.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
Scholarships are offered based on academic performance, financial need, and special achievements:
- Academic Excellence Scholarship: Awarded to students with consistent CGPA above 9.0.
- Need-Based Assistance: Available for families earning below INR 2 lakhs annually.
- MCM (Merit Cum Means) Scholarship: For students scoring above 95% in qualifying exams.
- EWS Concession: Reduced tuition fees for economically weaker sections.
- SC/ST/PwD Concessions: Additional discounts and fee waivers for reserved categories.
Applications must be submitted before the start of the academic year with supporting documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, and academic transcripts.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
All fees must be paid within 15 days of the semester commencement. Late payments attract a penalty of INR 500 per day until full payment is received.
Refunds are processed only in cases of withdrawal or transfer. The refund policy outlines deadlines for submission, documentation requirements, and the refund timeline, which typically ranges from 30 to 60 days post-withdrawal approval.
