Fee Component Breakdown
Tuition Fee: Covers instruction, laboratory facilities, and administrative costs associated with the academic program.
Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in university-managed hostels. Room types vary from single occupancy to shared rooms with amenities like Wi-Fi, laundry services, and 24/7 security.
Mess Advance: Covers meal expenses for the semester, collected at the beginning of each term.

Hostel & Mess Charges
The university provides multiple hostel options with varying room types:

- Double Occupancy Room: ₹18,000 per semester
- Triple Occupancy Room: ₹16,000 per semester
The mess billing system is integrated with the student portal, allowing real-time updates on meals consumed and expenses. Rebate policies are available for students who do not use meals regularly or those facing financial hardship.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
Scholarships are available for students from SC/ST/PwD, EWS, and MCM categories:
- SC/ST/PwD Students: 100% waiver on tuition fee and hostel rent with partial refund of mess charges.
- EWS Students: 50% waiver on tuition fee and full waiver on hostel rent.
- MCM Students: Full waiver on tuition fee and partial discount on hostel rent.
Eligibility criteria are based on income slabs, caste certificates, and academic performance. Applications must be submitted through the official portal with supporting documents.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payments are to be made via online banking or demand draft within the specified deadline. Late fees of ₹100 per day are applicable beyond the due date.
The refund policy allows for partial refunds upon withdrawal from the program, subject to deductions for administrative costs and outstanding dues. Refunds are processed within 30 days after submission of all required documents.
