Fee Component Details
Tuition Fee: Covers the cost of instruction, academic resources, and access to campus facilities. This fee is fixed for the entire duration of the program.
Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in air-conditioned rooms with shared amenities such as common areas, laundry services, and 24/7 security.
Mess Advance: Covers food expenses for the semester. Students are billed monthly based on consumption, with adjustments made at the end of each month.
Student Benevolent Fund: A nominal contribution towards campus welfare initiatives and student support programs.
Medical Fees: Covers basic medical services provided by the university’s health center, including consultations, vaccinations, and minor treatments.
Gymkhana Fees: Supports sports and recreational activities offered by the university, including gym access, sports facilities, and event organization.
Examination Fees: Covers administrative costs associated with conducting exams, including evaluation, result processing, and certificate issuance.
Other Charges: Includes miscellaneous expenses such as library fees, lab access, and campus maintenance.
Hostel & Mess Charges
The university offers multiple room types for students:
- Semi-Private Rooms (2-occupancy): ₹50,000 per semester
- Private Rooms (1-occupancy): ₹70,000 per semester
Mess charges include breakfast, lunch, and dinner for all residents. Monthly billing is done based on actual consumption with an advance payment of ₹25,000 required at the beginning of each semester.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The university provides various forms of financial assistance:
- SC/ST/PwD Category Students: Eligible for full fee waivers or partial discounts based on income slabs
- EWS Category Students: Receive up to 50% concession on tuition fees
- MCM (Minority Community Members): Eligible for special scholarships and concessions
Application process involves submission of documents including income certificate, caste certificate (if applicable), and Aadhaar card. The university evaluates applications annually and disburses aid accordingly.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payments must be made through online modes such as net banking, debit/credit cards, or UPI. Late payments attract a penalty of ₹500 per day until cleared.
Refunds are processed only upon formal withdrawal from the university and are subject to a deduction of administrative charges. Students must submit a written application along with supporting documents for consideration.
