- Single Occupancy Room: INR 40,000 per semester with private bathroom and study area.
- Double Occupancy Room: INR 35,000 per semester with shared bathroom and common study space.
- Triple Occupancy Room: INR 30,000 per semester with shared facilities.
- Quad Occupancy Room: INR 25,000 per semester with shared facilities.
The mess billing system operates on a monthly basis, with charges varying slightly based on the type of room and meal preferences. Students can opt for different dietary plans including vegetarian, non-vegetarian, or hybrid options. Rebate policies are available for students who miss meals due to valid reasons such as illness or travel.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The institution offers various financial assistance programs to eligible students:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Full waiver of tuition fee for students belonging to SC/ST or PwD categories with income up to INR 2 lakhs.
- EWS Category: 50% concession in tuition fee for students from economically weaker sections with income up to INR 4 lakhs.
- MCM (Minority Community Members): 25% discount on tuition fee for students from minority communities with income up to INR 3 lakhs.
Applications for fee waivers must be submitted along with relevant documents such as caste certificates, income proofs, and disability certificates. The selection process is conducted by a committee that reviews each application based on eligibility criteria and financial need.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
All fees must be paid within the specified deadlines to avoid late fees or penalties. Payment can be made through net banking, credit/debit cards, or demand draft issued in favor of Electronics Service And Training Centre.
For late payments, a penalty of INR 500 per day is applicable until the payment is settled. Refunds are processed only after due verification and approval by the administration office. Withdrawal from the program results in a refund of tuition fees minus administrative charges and any outstanding dues.
