Fee Structure Overview

The total fee structure for the BBA program at Era University Lucknow is designed to be transparent and accessible. The following table outlines all components of the fee structure for the entire duration of the program:

Detailed Fee Components

Tuition Fee: Covers instruction, materials, and administrative costs. This fee remains fixed throughout the program.

Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in single or double occupancy rooms with shared facilities. Amenities include Wi-Fi, laundry services, and 24/7 security.

Mess Advance: Prepaid monthly charges for meals in campus cafeterias. The system allows flexible adjustments based on attendance.

Student Benevolent Fund: A nominal fee collected to support students facing financial difficulties or emergencies.

Medical Fees: Covers basic medical services and emergency treatment within the campus health center.

Gymkhana Fees: Funds activities related to sports, cultural events, and recreational programs.

Examination Fees: Covers examination registration, evaluation, and result processing costs.

Hostel & Mess Charges

Era University Lucknow offers modern hostel facilities with different room types:

• Single Occupancy Room: INR 25,000 per semester
• Double Occupancy Room: INR 20,000 per semester
• Triple Occupancy Room: INR 18,000 per semester

The mess charges include three meals a day with varied menu options and dietary accommodations. Students can opt for different meal plans including vegetarian, non-vegetarian, and special diets.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Financial aid is available to eligible students through various scholarship schemes:

• SC/ST/PwD Category: Full waiver of tuition fee with partial concession in hostel charges.
• EWS Category: 50% waiver on tuition fee and full concession in hostel charges.
• MCM (Minority Community Member): 25% discount on tuition fee and partial concessions in hostel fees.

Eligibility criteria are based on family income, caste certificate, and academic performance. Applications for scholarships must be submitted before the start of the academic year with supporting documents.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments can be made online through net banking, credit/debit cards, or NEFT/RTGS transfers. Payment deadlines are set at the beginning of each semester:

• Due Date: First week of the semester
• Late Fee: 1% per month after due date

In case of withdrawal, refunds are processed according to the university's refund policy. Refunds are calculated based on the number of months completed and deductions made for administrative charges.
