Hostel & Mess Charges

Students can opt for either shared or private hostels depending on availability and preference. Room types include single, double, triple, and quad occupancy options. Hostel charges vary by room type:

  • Single Occupancy: ₹10,000/month
  • Double Occupancy: ₹8,000/month
  • Triple Occupancy: ₹7,000/month
  • Quad Occupancy: ₹6,000/month

The mess billing system operates on a monthly advance payment basis. Students receive meals at campus messes with options for vegetarian and non-vegetarian diets. Rebate policies are available for students who miss more than 5 days of meals in a month.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university offers several financial aid options to deserving students:

  • SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% fee waiver for eligible candidates based on income slabs.
  • EWS Category: 50% fee concession for families with annual income below ₹3 lakh.
  • MCM (Minority Community): 25% discount for students from minority communities with verified certificates.

To apply for financial aid, students must submit the required documents including caste certificates, income certificates, and Aadhaar cards through the online portal. Applications are reviewed by a dedicated committee that evaluates each case based on merit and need.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All payments must be made through the university’s official payment gateway or bank transfer within the specified deadlines. Late fees of ₹500 per day apply for delayed submissions beyond the due date.

In case of withdrawal, refund policies are as follows:

  • Withdrawal before 15th day of semester: Full refund minus administrative charges
  • Withdrawal between 15th and 30th day of semester: 50% refund minus administrative charges
  • Withdrawal after 30th day of semester: No refund

Refunds are processed within 45 days of submission of withdrawal forms and supporting documents. Students must ensure all dues are cleared before initiating the refund process.
