Eligibility criteria for scholarships include academic excellence, economic background, and special circumstances such as disability or orphan status. Income slabs for different categories are defined as follows:
- SC/ST/PwD: Annual income up to INR 3 lakhs
- EWS: Annual income between INR 3-6 lakhs
- MCM: Annual income between INR 6-8 lakhs
Students must submit relevant documents such as income certificates, caste certificates (for SC/ST), disability certificates (for PwD), and academic transcripts for scholarship consideration.
The application process involves filling out an online form through the university portal, uploading required documents, and attending a screening committee interview if selected.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payments must be made before the start of each semester. Students can make payments using net banking, debit/credit cards, or demand drafts. Late payments attract a nominal late fee of INR 500 per day.
If a student withdraws from the program, the refund policy applies as follows:
- Full refund if withdrawal occurs within one month of admission
- Refund of 90% if withdrawal occurs between one and three months
- No refund after three months of admission
Students must submit a written application for withdrawal along with supporting documents. Refunds are processed within 45 days of approval, subject to deductions for any dues or penalties.
