Hostel & Mess Charges

  • MCM: Proof of belonging to minority community and valid educational documents

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments must be made within the specified deadline to avoid late fees and penalties. The standard payment procedures include:

  • Online banking through secure portals
  • Debit or credit card transactions
  • NEFT/RTGS transfers for large amounts
  • Bank drafts issued by authorized banks

Late fees are calculated at 1% per month on outstanding dues, with a maximum cap of ₹5,000. Refund requests are processed within 30 days of withdrawal or completion of academic requirements.

The refund policy applies to:

  • Students withdrawing from the program before semester commencement
  • Those transferring to another institution under valid circumstances
  • Students with verified financial hardships during their tenure

Refunds are adjusted proportionally based on the duration of attendance and applicable deductions for services rendered. All refund requests must be submitted through the official portal with supporting documentation.
