Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

If a student withdraws from the program, the refund policy applies as follows:
- Withdrawal before 30 days of admission: Full refund minus administrative charges.
- Withdrawal between 30 and 90 days: Refund of 75% after deducting administrative charges.
- Withdrawal after 90 days: No refund is granted.
Refunds are processed within 30 working days from the date of withdrawal, subject to verification of documents and compliance with university regulations.
