Component-wise Explanation

Hostel Rent: Varies based on room type and amenities. The hostel provides 24/7 security, internet connectivity, and recreational facilities.
Mess Advance: Paid monthly in advance, covering meals for the entire month. The mess offers a wide variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.
Student Benevolent Fund: A nominal contribution towards student welfare and support services within the campus.
Medical Fees: Covers basic medical check-ups, emergency care, and health awareness programs provided by the campus health center.

Hostel & Mess Charges

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
Eligibility criteria for fee waivers and concessions include income slabs, reservation categories (SC/ST/PwD), EWS status, and MCM (Married Children of Migrant Workers) status. Students from families with an annual income below ₹2 lakh are eligible for full fee waiver.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
All fees must be paid before the due date specified by the university. Late payments incur a penalty of ₹1000 per day. Students can pay via net banking, credit/debit cards, or demand drafts.
The refund policy applies to students who withdraw from the program within the first two weeks of the semester. Refunds are processed after deducting administrative charges and hostel dues. Students must submit a formal withdrawal request along with supporting documents.
