Component-wise Explanation

Tuition Fee: Covers instruction, library access, and educational resources. It is fixed annually and includes all course materials and digital access to platforms.

Hostel Rent: Varies based on room type and amenities. The hostel provides 24/7 security, internet connectivity, and recreational facilities.

Mess Advance: Paid monthly in advance, covering meals for the entire month. The mess offers a wide variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.

Student Benevolent Fund: A nominal contribution towards student welfare and support services within the campus.

Medical Fees: Covers basic medical check-ups, emergency care, and health awareness programs provided by the campus health center.

Gymkhana Fees: Supports extracurricular activities, sports facilities, and cultural events organized on campus.

Examination Fees: Covers the cost of conducting examinations, including proctoring, question paper preparation, and result processing.

Hostel & Mess Charges

The hostel offers three room types: Single occupancy (₹1500/month), Double occupancy (₹1200/month), and Triple occupancy (₹1000/month). Each room comes equipped with basic amenities such as beds, study tables, wardrobes, and internet access.

The mess billing system is managed through an online portal where students can view their monthly expenses and make payments. The system includes meal plans for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with options for special diets like vegan or gluten-free meals.

Rebate policies are applicable in cases of academic leave, medical emergencies, or family exigencies. Students must submit relevant documentation to avail rebates.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Eligibility criteria for fee waivers and concessions include income slabs, reservation categories (SC/ST/PwD), EWS status, and MCM (Married Children of Migrant Workers) status. Students from families with an annual income below ₹2 lakh are eligible for full fee waiver.

Scholarships are available based on merit scores in qualifying examinations, extracurricular achievements, and financial need. The application process involves submission of required documents along with the admission form.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fees must be paid before the due date specified by the university. Late payments incur a penalty of ₹1000 per day. Students can pay via net banking, credit/debit cards, or demand drafts.

The refund policy applies to students who withdraw from the program within the first two weeks of the semester. Refunds are processed after deducting administrative charges and hostel dues. Students must submit a formal withdrawal request along with supporting documents.
