Gymkhana Fees: These fees support sports activities, fitness programs, and recreational facilities on campus.
Examination Fees: Includes costs associated with conducting examinations, grading, result processing, and certificate issuance.
Hostel & Mess Charges
The hostel facility offers comfortable living arrangements with modern amenities. Room types include single occupancy (₹15,000/month), double occupancy (₹12,000/month), and triple occupancy (₹10,000/month). All rooms come equipped with beds, study tables, wardrobes, fans, and air conditioners.
The mess system provides three meals a day (breakfast, lunch, dinner) with varied menu options to suit different dietary preferences. Students can opt for vegetarian or non-vegetarian meals at the same cost. The billing is done monthly based on actual consumption, and students are required to pay an advance amount for the entire month.
Rebate policies allow students to receive partial refunds if they are absent from campus for more than 5 days in a month. Additional charges apply for extra meals beyond the standard allowance.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The university offers various financial assistance programs to ensure access to quality education regardless of economic background.
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Eligible students receive a 100% waiver on tuition fees and hostel charges. Additional support is provided for books, stationery, and other academic expenses.
- EWS Category: Students belonging to the Economically Weaker Section category receive a 50% waiver on tuition fees and full waiver on hostel charges.
- MCM (Minority Community Member): MCM students get a 75% waiver on tuition fees and partial waiver on hostel charges. They are also eligible for special scholarships based on academic performance.
Eligibility criteria for these benefits include income slabs, caste certificates, and other documentation required by the university authorities. Applications for fee waivers must be submitted along with supporting documents before the start of the academic year.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
All fees must be paid through the official online portal using debit cards, credit cards, net banking, or UPI transfers. Payments made after the deadline attract a late fee of ₹1,000 per day until cleared.
If a student withdraws from the program before completing the academic year, refund policies apply as follows:
- Withdrawal within 15 days: Full refund minus processing fees
- Withdrawal between 16-30 days: 75% refund minus processing fees
- Withdrawal after 30 days: No refund
Refunds are processed within 30 working days of receiving the withdrawal request. Students must submit a formal application along with necessary documents to initiate the refund process.
