Fee Components Breakdown

Tuition Fee

Gymkhana Fees

Examination Fees
The examination fees cover administrative costs associated with conducting end-of-semester exams and grading. These fees ensure that students receive timely results and feedback on their academic progress.
Hostel & Mess Charges
The university provides hostel facilities for students from out-of-town backgrounds. The hostel charges vary based on room type and amenities:
- Single Occupancy Room: INR 40,000 per semester
- Double Occupancy Room: INR 35,000 per semester
- Triple Occupancy Room: INR 30,000 per semester
The mess billing system is straightforward. Students pay an advance for meals at the beginning of each semester. The mess charges are inclusive of breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Rebate policies are available for students who take leave or are absent for a certain period. Rebates are calculated based on the number of days missed and the applicable rate.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The university offers several financial assistance programs to support deserving students:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% fee waiver
- EWS Category: 50% fee concession
- MCM (Minority Community Member): 25% fee concession

Application Process

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Students must complete the payment before the deadline to avoid late fees. Late payments attract a penalty of 10% per month on the outstanding amount.
Refund Rules
If a student withdraws from the university, the refund policy applies:
- Withdrawal within first month: 100% refund
- Withdrawal between 1st and 3rd month: 75% refund
- Withdrawal after 3rd month: No refund
The refund process involves submitting an application along with supporting documents. Refunds are processed within 60 days of approval.
