Fee Structure Overview

The fee structure for the Law program at Future University Bareilly is designed to provide quality education while remaining accessible to students from diverse economic backgrounds. The total cost for the three-year program is approximately INR 4.5 lakhs.

Fee Components Breakdown

The fee structure includes several components that contribute to the overall cost of education. Each component is explained below:

Tuition Fee

The tuition fee covers classroom instruction, access to academic resources, and administrative support. It includes access to digital libraries, research databases, and faculty mentorship.

Hostel Rent

Hostel accommodation is provided to students residing off-campus. The rent covers room maintenance, utilities, and security services. Students can choose between single, double, or triple occupancy rooms based on availability.

Mess Advance

The mess advance is a prepayment for meals provided in the campus cafeteria. It ensures that students have access to nutritious food throughout their stay at the university.

Student Benevolent Fund

This fund supports students facing financial difficulties or emergencies. Contributions are voluntary and go towards assisting those in need within the university community.

Medical Fees

The medical fees cover basic healthcare services available on campus, including consultations, vaccinations, and minor treatments. Students have access to a fully equipped medical facility staffed by qualified doctors and nurses.

Gymkhana Fees

This fee contributes to the development of recreational facilities and sports activities on campus. It includes access to gyms, swimming pools, and organized sports events.

Examination Fees

The examination fees cover administrative costs associated with conducting end-of-semester exams and grading. These fees ensure that students receive timely results and feedback on their academic progress.

Hostel & Mess Charges

The university provides hostel facilities for students from out-of-town backgrounds. The hostel charges vary based on room type and amenities:

• Single Occupancy Room: INR 40,000 per semester
• Double Occupancy Room: INR 35,000 per semester
• Triple Occupancy Room: INR 30,000 per semester

The mess billing system is straightforward. Students pay an advance for meals at the beginning of each semester. The mess charges are inclusive of breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Rebate policies are available for students who take leave or are absent for a certain period. Rebates are calculated based on the number of days missed and the applicable rate.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university offers several financial assistance programs to support deserving students:

• SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% fee waiver
• EWS Category: 50% fee concession
• MCM (Minority Community Member): 25% fee concession

Eligibility criteria for these concessions are based on income slabs and category-specific documentation. Students must submit relevant certificates to avail of these benefits.

Application Process

Students interested in applying for fee waivers or concessions must fill out an application form available on the university portal. Required documents include:

• Caste certificate (for SC/ST/PwD)

• Passport-size photographs
• Student ID card

The applications are reviewed by the finance department and the result is communicated to students via email or SMS.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments for fees can be made through various methods:

• Bank Challan

Students must complete the payment before the deadline to avoid late fees. Late payments attract a penalty of 10% per month on the outstanding amount.

Refund Rules

If a student withdraws from the university, the refund policy applies:

• Withdrawal within first month: 100% refund
• Withdrawal between 1st and 3rd month: 75% refund
• Withdrawal after 3rd month: No refund

The refund process involves submitting an application along with supporting documents. Refunds are processed within 60 days of approval.
