The tuition fee covers the cost of instruction, access to academic resources, laboratory facilities, and digital learning platforms. It is structured to align with industry standards while ensuring affordability for students from diverse backgrounds.
Hostel accommodation is available in various categories including single, double, triple, and quad-sharing rooms. The rent includes utilities such as electricity, water, internet connectivity, and maintenance services.
The mess advance ensures students have access to regular meals throughout the semester. The advance amount is adjusted based on monthly consumption, with a refund policy applicable at the end of each academic year.
This fund supports students facing financial hardships or emergencies. Contributions are made annually and help in providing assistance for medical treatments, educational expenses, or other urgent needs.
The medical fee covers access to on-campus health services, including routine checkups, emergency care, and consultations with qualified doctors. Students also receive discounts on prescription medications.
This fee provides access to sports facilities, recreational activities, and wellness programs. It includes participation in gym sessions, yoga classes, team sports, and fitness workshops.
Examination fees cover the costs associated with conducting end-of-semester tests, practical evaluations, and final assessments. Additional charges may apply for retake exams or supplementary examinations.
The mess billing system operates on a monthly cycle, where students are charged based on their actual consumption. Monthly bills are generated using digital platforms and can be paid through net banking, UPI, or mobile wallets.
Students residing in hostels are eligible for rebates during holidays, examination periods, or when they leave campus for internships or research projects. Rebates are calculated based on the duration of absence and depend on hostel policies.
To apply for fee waivers or scholarships, students must submit the required documents (income certificate, caste certificate, disability certificate) along with an application form available on the university portal. Applications are reviewed by a dedicated committee, and decisions are communicated within 15 working days.
Fees must be paid before the start of each semester. Late payments attract a penalty of ₹500 per day, with a maximum cap of ₹5,000 per semester.
