Tuition Fee

Hostel Rent

Mess Advance

The mess advance ensures students have access to regular meals throughout the semester. The advance amount is adjusted based on monthly consumption, with a refund policy applicable at the end of each academic year.

Student Benevolent Fund

This fund supports students facing financial hardships or emergencies. Contributions are made annually and help in providing assistance for medical treatments, educational expenses, or other urgent needs.

Medical Fees

The medical fee covers access to on-campus health services, including routine checkups, emergency care, and consultations with qualified doctors. Students also receive discounts on prescription medications.

Gymkhana Fees

This fee provides access to sports facilities, recreational activities, and wellness programs. It includes participation in gym sessions, yoga classes, team sports, and fitness workshops.

Examination Fees

Examination fees cover the costs associated with conducting end-of-semester tests, practical evaluations, and final assessments. Additional charges may apply for retake exams or supplementary examinations.

Hostel & Mess Charges

  • Single Sharing Room: ₹40,000 per semester including utilities and internet connectivity.
  • Double Sharing Room: ₹35,000 per semester with shared facilities.
  • Triple Sharing Room: ₹30,000 per semester with communal amenities.
  • Quad Sharing Room: ₹25,000 per semester for maximum affordability.

Mess Billing System

The mess billing system operates on a monthly cycle, where students are charged based on their actual consumption. Monthly bills are generated using digital platforms and can be paid through net banking, UPI, or mobile wallets.

Rebate Policies

Students residing in hostels are eligible for rebates during holidays, examination periods, or when they leave campus for internships or research projects. Rebates are calculated based on the duration of absence and depend on hostel policies.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Eligibility Criteria

  • SC/ST/PwD: Students belonging to SC/ST categories or those with disabilities receive full fee waivers.
  • EWS: Students from economically weaker sections (EWS) receive 50% concession on tuition fees.
  • MCM: Merit-cum-means category students qualify for partial fee concessions based on their academic performance and financial status.

Application Process

To apply for fee waivers or scholarships, students must submit the required documents (income certificate, caste certificate, disability certificate) along with an application form available on the university portal. Applications are reviewed by a dedicated committee, and decisions are communicated within 15 working days.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payment Deadlines

Fees must be paid before the start of each semester. Late payments attract a penalty of ₹500 per day, with a maximum cap of ₹5,000 per semester.

Refund Rules

  • Withdrawal Before Academic Start: Full refund is processed within 30 days if withdrawal occurs before the academic session begins.
  • Withdrawal During Session: Refunds are processed based on attendance and course completion, with deductions for administrative charges.
