Detailed Fee Components

Tuition Fee: Covers academic instruction, access to library resources, and administrative costs. The fee is fixed annually and subject to minor adjustments based on inflation.

Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in campus-hostels with shared amenities such as Wi-Fi, laundry services, and common areas. Room types vary from single occupancy to 6-bedded rooms.

Mess Advance: Paid upfront for monthly food expenses. This amount is adjusted quarterly based on actual consumption.

Student Benevolent Fund: Supports students facing financial difficulties or emergencies. Contributions are minimal but crucial for community welfare.

Medical Fees: Covers basic healthcare services, including consultations and vaccinations. Students receive discounts on medical bills if they opt for the health insurance package.

Gymkhana Fees: Fund activities related to physical fitness and sports events. Includes gym access, participation in inter-college competitions, and recreational facilities.

Examination Fees: Covers costs associated with conducting exams, including question paper preparation, invigilation, and result processing.

Hostel & Mess Charges

The hostel facilities are designed to provide a comfortable living environment for students. Rooms are categorized into single, double, triple, and quad occupancy based on availability and preferences. The mess billing system operates monthly with options for advance payments or installment plans. Rebate policies apply to students from economically weaker sections or those who meet specific eligibility criteria.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Various scholarships and concessions are available for deserving students:

  • SC/ST/PwD Category - 100% waiver on tuition fee with partial discount on hostel rent.
  • EWS Category - 50% waiver on tuition fee with 25% discount on hostel rent.
  • MCM (Minority Community Member) - 30% waiver on tuition fee and 15% discount on hostel rent.

Application forms for these benefits are available online through the official portal. Eligibility is determined based on income slabs, caste certificates, and other supporting documents.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Fees must be paid by the due date specified in the academic calendar. Late payments incur additional charges as per university guidelines. Refunds are processed only upon official withdrawal from the institution and after verification of all dues. Withdrawal requests submitted before the start of the semester may be eligible for full refund, whereas those submitted later will have deductions based on the number of months attended.
