• Double Occupancy Room: Rs. 6000/- per semester, sharing common facilities with one roommate.

The mess billing system includes daily meals with vegetarian options. Students pay an advance of Rs. 5000/- at the beginning of each semester. Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

If a student withdraws from the program, the refund policy applies as follows:

• Withdrawal before 1st month: 100% refund minus administrative charges.
• Withdrawal between 1st and 3rd month: 75% refund minus administrative charges.
• Withdrawal after 3rd month: No refund beyond administrative charges.

The official refund process takes approximately 45 days from the date of withdrawal request. Refunds are transferred directly to the bank account provided by the student during admission. Students must submit a written application for refund along with necessary documentation such as migration certificate and original fee receipts.
