Hostel & Mess Charges

- Single Room: Rs. 40,000 per annum (exclusive of mess charges)
- Double Room: Rs. 35,000 per annum (exclusive of mess charges)
- Triple Room: Rs. 30,000 per annum (exclusive of mess charges)
Mess Billing System
The mess billing system is designed to ensure transparency and fairness:
- Monthly mess charges are calculated based on the number of days attended.
- Students must pay a one-time advance of Rs. 15,000 at the beginning of each academic year.
- Rebate policies are available for students with valid reasons such as medical emergencies or travel leave.
Scholarships & Financial Aid
The university offers various scholarships and financial aid options to deserving students:
Eligibility Criteria for Scholarships
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Minimum 75% aggregate in 12th grade with income below Rs. 3 lakhs per annum.
- EWS Category: Income below Rs. 6 lakhs per annum with 50% or more marks in 12th grade.
- MCM (Minority Community Students): Income below Rs. 3 lakhs per annum with 60% or more marks in 12th grade.

- Merit-Based: Full waiver of tuition fee for top performers in JEE Advanced.
- Need-Based: Partial or full waiver based on family income and economic status.
- Category-Based: Special scholarships for SC/ST/PwD students with additional support services.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
The university follows a strict payment procedure to ensure timely fee collection and financial accountability:
- Deadlines: Fees must be paid within the first week of the semester.
- Late Fee: A late fee of Rs. 1,000 per month is applicable for overdue payments.
- Payment Methods: Online banking, net banking, credit/debit cards, and NEFT/RTGS transfers are accepted.
Refund Policy
In case of withdrawal from the university, the following refund policy applies:
- Withdrawal Before 30 Days: Full refund minus Rs. 5,000 processing fee.
- Withdrawal Between 30-60 Days: 75% refund minus Rs. 3,000 processing fee.
- Withdrawal After 60 Days: No refund will be granted.
