Fee Breakdown

Tuition Fee: The tuition fee covers instruction, access to library resources, laboratory facilities, and administrative services. It is charged per semester and includes all course materials.

Hostel Rent: Hostel accommodation is available for both male and female students, with various room types including single, double, and triple occupancy. Rent varies based on room type and amenities provided.

Mess Advance: Students are required to pay an advance for mess charges at the beginning of each semester. This ensures uninterrupted access to dining facilities throughout the academic year.

Student Benevolent Fund: A nominal contribution towards this fund supports students facing financial difficulties and contributes to campus welfare activities.

Medical Fees: Covers basic medical services provided by the university's health center, including consultations and emergency care.

Gymkhana Fees: These fees support extracurricular activities and sports facilities on campus, promoting a healthy lifestyle among students.

Examination Fees: Covers costs associated with conducting examinations, including question paper preparation, evaluation, and result processing.

Hostel & Mess Charges

The hostel accommodation at Geeta University Panipat offers comfortable living conditions for students. Hostels are equipped with basic amenities such as Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, and 24-hour security.

Room types include single, double, and triple occupancy, with varying rent charges:

• Single Occupancy: ₹15,000 per semester
• Double Occupancy: ₹12,000 per semester
• Triple Occupancy: ₹10,000 per semester

The mess charges are inclusive of three meals daily and vary based on meal preferences. Students can opt for different dietary plans including vegetarian, non-vegetarian, and special diets upon request.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Geeta University Panipat offers various financial assistance programs to support deserving students:

• SC/ST/PwD Category: Students from reserved categories are eligible for full fee waivers if their family income is below ₹2 lakh per annum.
• EWS Category: Eligible students receive a 50% fee concession based on income criteria.
• MCM (Minority Community): Concessions ranging from 25% to 50% are available depending on economic status.

Applications for fee waivers must be submitted along with supporting documents such as caste certificates, income proofs, and Aadhaar cards. The university reviews applications based on merit and need.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fees must be paid within the specified deadline to avoid late penalties. Payment can be made online via net banking or credit/debit cards, or through offline modes like demand draft.

Students who fail to pay fees on time will incur a late fee of ₹500 per day until full payment is received. Refund requests are processed only after verifying the student's academic standing and compliance with university regulations.

Refunds are generally processed within 30 days of submission, subject to approval from the finance department. Withdrawal requests must be submitted before the start of the semester to qualify for refunds.
