Hostel & Mess Charges

• Rebate policies allow students to get partial refunds if they do not use meals for a week.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

• SC/ST/PwD students receive 100% fee waiver.

• Need-based financial aid is available for economically disadvantaged families with income below INR 3 lakhs per annum.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

• All fees must be paid within the first week of the semester.
• Late payment incurs a penalty of INR 1,000 per day after the due date.
• Refunds are processed only in case of withdrawal before the end of the first month of the semester.
• Students must submit an official application form along with supporting documents to claim refunds.
• The refund amount is credited back within 30 working days after approval.
