All fees must be paid within the first week of the semester.
Late payment incurs a penalty of INR 1,000 per day after the due date.
Refunds are processed only in case of withdrawal before the end of the first month of the semester.
Students must submit an official application form along with supporting documents to claim refunds.
The refund amount is credited back within 30 working days after approval.
