Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

If a student withdraws from the program before completing the academic year, the refund policy applies:
- Withdrawal Before 15 Days: Full refund minus processing charges of ₹2000.
- Withdrawal Between 15-30 Days: Refund of 90% after deducting processing charges.
- Withdrawal After 30 Days: No refund is granted unless approved by the administration.
Refunds are processed within 45 days from the date of withdrawal application, provided all dues are cleared and documentation is complete.
