Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The university offers various financial assistance options based on income slabs and merit:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% waiver on tuition fee and partial concession on hostel charges.
- EWS Category: 50% waiver on tuition fee and 25% concession on hostel charges.
- MCM (Minority Community): 25% waiver on tuition fee and 10% concession on hostel charges.
Additionally, students with exceptional academic performance can apply for merit-based scholarships worth up to Rs. 50,000 per semester.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Fees must be paid by the first week of each semester. Late payments attract a penalty of Rs. 1,000 per day. Students who withdraw from the program before the start of the semester are eligible for a refund after deducting administrative charges.
The refund policy ensures that students receive their dues within 30 days of withdrawal or course completion, subject to proper documentation and approval by the finance department.
