Mess Billing System

The mess billing system operates on a monthly basis, with students paying in advance for meals. Each meal costs approximately 50-60 INR depending on the type of dish served. Monthly bills are generated based on attendance records.

Rebate Policies

Students who are absent from mess due to valid reasons such as illness or travel may apply for rebates. Applications must be submitted within one week of absence, supported by relevant documentation.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Refund Rules

If a student withdraws from the program, refunds are processed according to the following schedule:

  • Withdrawal within 15 days: Full refund minus administrative charges (1000 INR)
  • Withdrawal between 16-30 days: Refund of 70% of paid fees
  • Withdrawal after 30 days: No refund
