Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The college provides several financial assistance options to deserving students:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Eligible students receive a 100% waiver on tuition fees.
- EWS Category: Offers a 50% reduction in tuition fee.
- MCM (Minority Community Member): Provides partial concessions based on income slabs.
Application for financial aid must be submitted through the official portal with supporting documents such as caste certificates, income proofs, and medical reports if applicable.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Fees are to be paid online via net banking or credit/debit cards. Payment deadlines are clearly communicated before each semester begins. Late payments incur a penalty of 10% per month.
In case of withdrawal from the program, students are eligible for refunds based on the following criteria:
- Withdrawal before admission: Full refund minus administrative charges.
- Withdrawal within first two months: Refund of 90% after deducting fees.
- Withdrawal after two months: Refund of 75% after deducting fees.
All refunds are processed within 30 days upon submission of valid documents and request forms.
