Fee Components Explained

  • Tuition Fee: Covers instruction, lab access, and academic resources.
  • Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation and utilities for students staying on campus.
  • Mess Advance: A pre-paid amount for meals during the semester.
  • Student Benevolent Fund: Supports students in financial distress or emergencies.
  • Medical Fees: Covers basic healthcare services and medical consultations on campus.
  • Gymkhana Fees: Funding for sports and recreational activities on campus.
  • Examination Fees: Covers costs associated with conducting exams, grading, and result processing.

Hostel & Mess Charges

Students can choose from various room types in our hostel facilities:

  • Single Occupancy Room: ₹30,000 per semester
  • Double Occupancy Room: ₹25,000 per semester
  • Triple Occupancy Room: ₹20,000 per semester

The mess charges are calculated based on the number of days attended and include breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Rebate policies are available for students with exceptional attendance or academic performance.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Financial assistance is available through various waiver schemes:

  • SC/ST/PwD Category: Full fee waiver applicable to students belonging to these categories.
  • EWS Category: 50% discount on tuition fees and full concession on hostel charges.
  • MCM (Minority Community Member): 30% discount on tuition fees and partial concession on hostel charges.

Applications for fee concessions must be submitted along with supporting documents such as caste certificates, income proofs, and disability certificates.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments can be made online via net banking or through UPI apps. The deadline for payment is the first week of each semester.

  • Late Fee: ₹500 per day after the deadline unless otherwise specified.
  • Refund Policy: Refunds are processed within 30 days upon withdrawal or cancellation of admission. A processing fee of ₹1000 may be deducted from refunds.
