Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Late payments incur a fee of INR 500 per day until the balance is cleared. The last date for fee submission is generally one week before the start of each semester to allow sufficient time for processing.
In case of withdrawal or transfer, the refund policy applies as follows:
- Before Academic Start: Full refund minus administrative charges
- Within First Month: 80% refund minus administrative charges
- After First Month: 50% refund minus administrative charges
Refunds are processed within 30 working days after submission of the withdrawal request. Students must ensure that all dues are settled before initiating the refund process.
