Fee Structure Overview

Component Breakdown

Hostel & Mess Charges

• Single Occupancy Room: INR 15,000 per semester
• Double Occupancy Room: INR 12,000 per semester
• Triple Occupancy Room: INR 10,000 per semester

The mess billing system operates on a monthly basis. Students are required to deposit an advance amount for meals, which is adjusted based on actual consumption at the end of each month.

Rebate policies are applicable for students who miss meals due to academic commitments or health issues. A maximum of three missed meals per month are allowed without penalty, subject to verification by hostel authorities.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Several financial assistance options are available to eligible students:

• SC/ST/PwD Category: Students belonging to SC/ST or PwD categories receive a 100% waiver on tuition fees and a 50% concession on hostel charges.
• EWS Category: Eligible students receive a 50% waiver on tuition fees and a 25% concession on hostel charges.
• MCM (Minority Community): A 25% concession is granted to students from minority communities.

The eligibility criteria for these concessions are based on income slabs:

• Below INR 1,00,000: Full waiver or concession applicable
• INR 1,00,000 to INR 2,00,000: Partial waiver or concession applicable
• Above INR 2,00,000: No concession applicable

To apply for fee waivers or concessions, students must submit relevant documents such as caste certificates, income certificates, and disability certificates. The application process is handled by the financial aid office.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments for fees are made online through the institution's portal using secure payment gateways. Students receive SMS notifications and email confirmations upon successful transactions.

Late payments incur a fee of INR 500 per day until the balance is cleared. The last date for fee submission is generally one week before the start of each semester to allow sufficient time for processing.

In case of withdrawal or transfer, the refund policy applies as follows:

• Before Academic Start: Full refund minus administrative charges
• Within First Month: 80% refund minus administrative charges
• After First Month: 50% refund minus administrative charges

Refunds are processed within 30 working days after submission of the withdrawal request. Students must ensure that all dues are settled before initiating the refund process.
