  • Mess Advance: Prepaid meal charges covering breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This advance is adjusted monthly based on consumption.

The hostel facility offers multiple room types with different amenities:

  • Double Occupancy Room: INR 12,000 per semester with shared bathroom and common facilities.
  • Triple Occupancy Room: INR 10,000 per semester with shared bathroom and communal spaces.

The mess billing system operates on a monthly basis. Students pay an advance amount upfront, which is adjusted at the end of each month based on actual consumption. Rebates are available for students who maintain good attendance and academic performance.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university offers various financial aid options to deserving students:

  • SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% waiver on tuition fees and hostel charges for eligible students.
  • EWS Category: 50% concession on tuition fees and full waiver on hostel charges.
  • MCM (Minority Community): 25% discount on tuition fees and partial waiver on hostel charges.

Eligibility criteria are based on income slabs and family details verified through official documents. Students must submit an application form along with supporting documents to apply for these concessions.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

  • Payment Deadlines: Fees must be paid by the first week of each semester. Late payments attract a penalty of INR 500 per day.
  • Refund Policy: Refunds are processed for students who withdraw from the program within the first month of admission. After that, refunds depend on the university's internal policies and may be partially refundable.
  • Payment Methods: Students can make payments through online banking, NEFT/RTGS, or cash at designated counters in the finance department.
