Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payment Deadlines
All fees must be paid by the first week of each semester. Late payments incur a penalty fee of INR 500 per day beyond the deadline.
Refund Rules
If a student withdraws from the program, a refund is processed according to the following guidelines:
- Withdrawal before 15 days of semester commencement: Full refund minus administrative charges
- Withdrawal between 15-30 days: 50% refund minus administrative charges
- Withdrawal after 30 days: No refund issued
Refunds are processed within 30 working days of the withdrawal request being approved.
