Hostel & Mess Charges

  • Double Occupancy Room: INR 12000 per semester
  • Triple Occupancy Room: INR 10000 per semester

The mess billing system operates on a monthly basis. Students are required to pay an advance for meals, which is adjusted at the end of each month based on consumption.

Rebate policies are applicable for students who stay in hostels but do not consume meals during specific periods due to travel or illness.

Fee Waivers, Concessions & Scholarships

The college provides several financial aid options for eligible students:

  • SC/ST/PwD Category: Eligible students receive a 100% waiver on tuition fees and a 50% concession on hostel charges.
  • EWS Category: 50% waiver on tuition fees and 25% concession on hostel charges.
  • MCM (Minority Community Members): 50% waiver on tuition fees and 25% concession on hostel charges.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Fees are payable through online banking, debit/credit cards, or NEFT transfers. Payment deadlines are clearly communicated via official notices and SMS alerts.

Late fees are calculated as 5% of the outstanding amount for each month of delay beyond the deadline.

The refund policy applies in cases of withdrawal from the program. Refunds are processed after deducting administrative charges and any pending dues. Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing to the principal with valid reasons.
