Fee Component Breakdown

Tuition Fee: Covers the cost of instruction, lab access, and course materials. It is payable at the beginning of each semester.

Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in college-hosted dormitories with shared amenities like common rooms, laundry facilities, and Wi-Fi connectivity.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

  • SC/ST/PwD Category: Full waiver of tuition fee and hostel charges. Eligibility is determined based on income slabs provided by the state government.
  • EWS Category: 50% concession in tuition fee and hostel charges.
  • MCM (Minority Community Member): 25% concession in all fees.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

The refund policy applies to students who withdraw from the program before completing the academic year. Partial refunds are provided based on the number of semesters completed and actual expenses incurred.
