Fee Structure Breakdown
Tuition Fee: This is the primary component of the fee structure and covers instruction, laboratory access, library services, and other academic facilities provided by the institute.
Hostel Rent: Accommodation charges include maintenance, utilities, security, and room cleaning services. The hostel provides single and double occupancy rooms with basic amenities such as beds, study tables, and Wi-Fi connectivity.

Hostel & Mess Charges
The hostel facilities at Government Polytechnic Garur Bageshwar are designed to provide a comfortable living environment for students. Hostels offer both single and double occupancy rooms with shared bathrooms and common areas for socializing.
Room types include:
- Single Occupancy Room: Rs. 15,000 per semester
- Double Occupancy Room: Rs. 15,000 per semester
Mess charges are collected as an advance at the start of each semester and adjusted monthly based on actual consumption. The mess serves three meals a day with vegetarian options available for all students.
Rebate policies apply to students who do not consume meals during certain days or periods, such as during examinations or holidays. Students must submit applications in advance to avail these rebates.
Fee Waivers, Concessions & Scholarships

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Late payments attract a nominal interest charge of Rs. 500 per month. Students are advised to pay fees promptly to avoid disruptions in their academic journey.
The refund policy is applicable for students withdrawing from the program before completing the course. Refunds are processed after deducting administrative charges, examination fees, and other applicable deductions. Withdrawal requests must be submitted with proper documentation and approval from relevant authorities.
