Application Process

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payment Deadlines

All fees must be paid by the first week of each semester. Late payments incur a penalty of ₹1,000 per day until full payment is received.

Late Fee Calculations

  • Up to 7 days: ₹1,000/day
  • 8-14 days: ₹2,000/day
  • Over 14 days: ₹3,000/day

Refund Policy

If a student withdraws from the program before completing one semester, a refund of 50% of paid fees is processed after deducting administrative charges. No refunds are issued for withdrawals after the completion of the first semester.

Students who leave due to personal reasons or transfer to another institution may be eligible for partial refunds based on the duration of attendance and course completion percentage.
