Mess Billing System
The mess billing system is managed through a digital platform where students can track their daily consumption and settle dues monthly. The system ensures transparency and prevents overbilling or underbilling issues.
Rebate Policies
- Medical Leave: Full rebate on hostel rent and mess charges for up to 7 days of medical leave
- Academic Leave: Partial rebate (50%) on hostel rent and mess charges for up to 14 days of academic leave

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
Eligibility Criteria
- SC/ST/PwD Students: 100% waiver on tuition fee and 50% discount on hostel rent
- EWS Students: 50% waiver on tuition fee and 25% discount on hostel rent
- MCM (Minority Community Students): 30% waiver on tuition fee and 15% discount on hostel rent
Scholarship Benefits
- Merit-Based Scholarships: Top 10% performers in each semester receive a scholarship of ₹10,000 per month for two consecutive semesters
- Need-Based Scholarships: Students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds receive up to ₹5,000 per month as financial aid
- Entrepreneurship Scholarships: Selected students working on innovative projects may receive additional funding of ₹20,000 for prototyping and development
Application Process
Students must submit applications through the official portal along with supporting documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, and proof of residence. The application window opens in June and closes in July each year.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payment Deadlines
All fees must be paid by the first week of each semester. Late payments incur a penalty of ₹1,000 per day until full payment is received.
Late Fee Calculations
- Up to 7 days: ₹1,000/day
- 8-14 days: ₹2,000/day
- Over 14 days: ₹3,000/day
Refund Policy
If a student withdraws from the program before completing one semester, a refund of 50% of paid fees is processed after deducting administrative charges. No refunds are issued for withdrawals after the completion of the first semester.
Students who leave due to personal reasons or transfer to another institution may be eligible for partial refunds based on the duration of attendance and course completion percentage.
