Tuition Fee: This covers instruction and administrative costs related to academic programs. It includes access to digital resources, library services, and faculty mentorship.

Hostel Rent: Accommodation charges for campus-hostel facilities, with options for single, double, or triple occupancy rooms.

Mess Advance: Monthly meal charges collected in advance, covering breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Student Benevolent Fund: A fund dedicated to supporting students facing financial difficulties or emergencies during their academic journey.

Medical Fees: Covers basic medical services provided by the campus health center and emergency care.

Gymkhana Fees: Supports recreational activities, sports facilities, and wellness programs on campus.

Hostel & Mess Charges

The hostel system offers various room types to accommodate different needs:

  • Single Occupancy Room: ₹5,000/month (includes utilities)
  • Double Occupancy Room: ₹3,000/month (shared facilities)
  • Triple Occupancy Room: ₹2,000/month (shared facilities)

The mess billing system operates monthly and includes charges for three meals per day. Meals are prepared in hygienic conditions under supervision of qualified staff.

Rebate policies are available for students who stay outside campus during weekends or holidays, reducing hostel rent accordingly.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

We provide financial assistance to eligible students through various waiver schemes:

  • SC/ST/PwD Category: Full fee waiver for all components except examination fees
  • EWS Category: 50% reduction in tuition fee and full waiver of hostel charges
  • MCM (Minority Community Members): 30% reduction in tuition fee and partial waiver of hostel charges

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Income Slab for EWS: Annual income less than ₹8 lakh
  • Income Slab for MCM: Annual income less than ₹10 lakh

Applications must be submitted online with supporting documents such as income certificate, caste certificate (for SC/ST), and disability certificate (for PwD).

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All payments are made through the official portal using net banking or credit/debit cards. Payment deadlines must be adhered to avoid late fees.

Late Fee Calculations:

  • Up to 7 days: ₹1,000 per semester
  • More than 7 days: ₹2,000 per semester

Refund Rules:

  • Refunds are processed within 15 working days after withdrawal from the program
  • No refund is granted for the first and last semesters due to administrative costs
  • Refunds are subject to verification of account details and course completion status
