Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
All fees must be paid within the stipulated deadlines to avoid late penalties:

- Late Fee Calculation: ₹500 per day beyond deadline, capped at ₹10000
The refund policy applies in cases of withdrawal from the program or transfer to another institution:
- Withdrawal Before First Semester: 100% refund minus administrative charges
- Withdrawal After First Semester: 75% refund minus administrative charges
- Transfer Requests: Refund processed upon receipt of official transfer letter from the new institution
Refunds are credited to the student's bank account within 30 working days after approval of the request.
