Tuition Fee: This covers instruction, laboratory sessions, and access to digital resources. The fee is revised annually based on inflation and infrastructure development needs.

Hostel Rent: Accommodation facilities are provided in multi-share rooms with basic amenities including Wi-Fi, study tables, and AC units. Room types include single, double, triple, and quadruple occupancy.

Mess Advance: Students must pay an advance towards their mess expenses for the semester. The mess includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner, served at fixed timings with a variety of dishes.

Student Benevolent Fund: A nominal fee collected to support financially disadvantaged students and fund extracurricular activities.

Medical Fees: Covers basic medical services available on campus and emergency healthcare access.

Hostel & Mess Charges

• Double Occupancy Room: Rs. 7,500 per semester
• Triple Occupancy Room: Rs. 6,000 per semester
• Quadruple Occupancy Room: Rs. 5,000 per semester

Mess billing is calculated based on actual consumption and includes a fixed monthly charge of Rs. 1500 for meals.

Rebate policies are applicable for students who leave campus during holidays or for special occasions. The rebate amount varies depending on the duration of absence and the type of room occupied.

• SC/ST/PwD Concession: Eligible students receive a 50% discount on tuition fees.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Late fees are charged at 5% per month on unpaid balances. Students who withdraw from the institution within the first two weeks are eligible for a full refund of tuition and hostel fees.

Refunds are processed within 30 days of submission, subject to verification of documents and compliance with institute regulations.
