Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in air-conditioned rooms with shared facilities like bathrooms, common areas, and study spaces.

Mess Advance: A prepayment for food services, typically refunded at the end of the semester after accounting for actual consumption.

Student Benevolent Fund: Contributes to campus infrastructure, scholarships, and welfare programs for students in need.

Medical Fees: Covers basic healthcare services provided on campus and emergency medical assistance.

Gymkhana Fees: Supports sports activities, fitness facilities, and extracurricular events.

Hostel & Mess Charges

Rebate policies are applicable for students who do not consume meals regularly or during holidays:

• Full Rebate: 100% refund if no meals consumed
• Partial Rebate: 50% refund for partial consumption

Fee Waivers, Concessions & Scholarships

The institute provides several financial aid options to support deserving students:

• SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% fee waiver based on valid certificates and income proof.
• EWS Category: 50% fee concession for families with annual income below INR 6 lakh.
• MCM (Minority Community): 25% fee discount for students from minority communities.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fees must be paid within the specified deadline to avoid late charges:

• Late Fee: INR 500 per day beyond the deadline
• Deadline: First week of each semester

The refund policy applies in case of withdrawal or transfer:

• Withdrawal Before Academic Start: Full refund minus processing charges (INR 500)
• Withdrawal After Academic Start: Refund based on attendance and remaining academic term
• Transfer Requests: Refund upon completion of transfer formalities and approval from the concerned authorities

Payment can be made through online portals, bank transfers, or cash at designated counters. Receipts are issued for all transactions to maintain transparency.
