Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Refund Policy

If a student withdraws from the program, a refund is processed according to the following policy:

• Withdrawal Before First Semester: Full refund of all fees except the examination fee and medical fees.
• Withdrawal During First Semester: Refund of 80% of tuition and hostel fees, with deductions for examination and medical fees.
• Withdrawal After First Semester: Refund of 60% of tuition and hostel fees, subject to deductions for administrative charges.

Refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving the withdrawal request. All refund requests must be submitted through the official portal along with necessary documentation.
