• Hostel Rent: Provides accommodation for students within university premises. Rooms are categorized into single, double, triple, and quad occupancy with varying amenities.
• Mess Advance: Covers meal expenses for the semester. Students must pay a monthly advance based on their meal plan selections.
• Student Benevolent Fund: Supports students facing financial hardships through scholarships, emergency grants, and welfare programs.

Hostel & Mess Charges

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Several financial aid options are available to eligible students:

• SC/ST/PwD Category Students: Receive a 50% waiver on tuition fees with full coverage for hostel charges.
• EWS Category Students: Enjoy a 25% reduction in tuition fees and partial concession on hostel rent.
• MCM (Minority Community Members): Eligible for a 10% discount on tuition fees and a monthly rebate on mess charges.

Eligibility criteria are based on income slabs and category-specific documentation. Applications for fee waivers must be submitted during the admission process or within the first month of enrollment.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fees must be paid online through the university portal using credit/debit cards or net banking facilities. Payments are due by the specified deadlines to avoid late fees and penalties.

Failure to pay fees on time results in a penalty of INR 1000 per day beyond the deadline. Refunds are processed only after formal application submission, verification, and approval by the finance department. Withdrawals are subject to specific refund rules based on the date of withdrawal and applicable conditions.
