Detailed Breakdown of Fee Components

Tuition Fee: Covers academic instruction, laboratory access, and administrative costs associated with the program.

Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation charges for students living on campus. Different room types are available based on comfort levels and amenities.

Mess Advance: Advance payment towards food services provided in campus mess halls. The actual billing is done monthly, with adjustments made based on consumption patterns.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

  • SC/ST/PwD Category: Eligibility based on income slabs up to ₹1.5 lakh per annum with 100% fee waiver
  • EWS Category: Income slab up to ₹2.5 lakh per annum with 50% fee concession
  • MCM (Minority Community Member): Income slab up to ₹3 lakh per annum with 25% fee concession

To apply for these concessions, students must submit income certificates, caste certificates (if applicable), and identity proofs. The application process is conducted through the university portal during the admission period.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Fees can be paid online via net banking or credit/debit cards. Payment deadlines are strictly enforced to ensure timely processing of admissions and academic activities.

Late fees are charged at 2% per month on overdue payments beyond the deadline. In case of withdrawal from the program, refunds are processed according to university guidelines with deductions for administrative charges and hostel accommodation.
