Hostel Rent

Students can choose between single or shared rooms depending on availability. The hostel fee includes basic amenities such as bedding, furniture, internet connectivity, and maintenance services. Additional charges may apply for premium facilities like AC rooms or private bathrooms.

Mess Advance

The mess advance is a pre-paid amount that covers meals for the entire semester. It is adjusted at the end of each semester based on actual consumption and any outstanding dues. Students can request changes in their meal plan through the mess office.

Student Benevolent Fund

This fund supports students facing financial hardships or emergencies. Contributions are optional but encouraged to promote solidarity within the student community.

Medical Fees

A nominal fee is charged for access to medical services on campus, including consultations with doctors and basic treatments. This ensures that students receive timely healthcare without delays.

Gymkhana Fees

This fee supports the activities of student clubs, sports events, cultural festivals, and other extracurricular programs on campus. It contributes to building a vibrant campus life experience for all students.

Examination Fees

These fees cover administrative costs associated with conducting examinations, including proctoring, evaluation, result processing, and certificate issuance. They are collected once per semester for each examination cycle.

Other Charges

This category includes charges related to library access, lab usage, special workshops, guest lectures, and additional academic resources that enhance the learning experience.

Hostel & Mess Charges

The university offers modern hostel facilities for both male and female students. Hostels are equipped with clean rooms, study areas, common lounges, laundry services, and 24/7 security.

Rebate Policies

Students can apply for rebates during holidays or if they are away from campus for academic or personal reasons. Rebates are calculated based on the number of days absent and are subject to approval by the hostel authorities.
