Tuition Fee

The tuition fee covers access to classroom instruction, laboratory sessions, clinical rotations, and administrative services. It is divided into eight semesters, with each semester costing INR 150,000.

Hostel Rent

Students residing on campus pay a monthly hostel rent of INR 30,000 for the duration of their studies. This includes utilities, maintenance, and security services.

Mess Advance

An advance payment of INR 20,000 is required per semester to cover mess expenses. This amount is adjusted based on actual consumption at the end of each month.

Student Benevolent Fund

This fund supports students facing financial hardships or emergencies. A nominal contribution of INR 2,000 per semester is collected towards this fund.

Medical Fees

Medical fees cover basic healthcare services provided by the university hospital and access to specialist consultations. Each semester, students contribute INR 5,000 towards these services.

Gymkhana Fees

This fee supports extracurricular activities, sports programs, cultural events, and student clubs. Contributions of INR 2,000 per semester are collected for this purpose.

Examination Fees

Each semester, students pay examination fees of INR 2,000 to cover administrative costs associated with conducting assessments and evaluating performance.

Hostel & Mess Charges

The university offers multiple room types for hostel accommodation:

• Single Occupancy Room: INR 30,000 per month
• Double Occupancy Room: INR 15,000 per month
• Triple Occupancy Room: INR 10,000 per month
• Quad Occupancy Room: INR 7,500 per month

The mess billing system operates on a monthly basis. Students receive an advance payment of INR 20,000 per semester for meal expenses, which is adjusted at the end of each month based on consumption. Rebate policies are available for students with exceptional academic performance or those facing financial difficulties.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Several financial aid options are available to eligible students:

• SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% fee waiver for students belonging to these categories. Eligibility is verified through official certificates issued by competent authorities.
• EWS Category: 50% fee concession for students from economically weaker sections. Income slabs must be below INR 8 lakh per annum.
• MCM (Mentally Challenged Man): 100% fee waiver for students with certified mental challenges. Documentation is required to prove eligibility.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
