Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
All fees must be paid within 10 days of the start of each semester. Late payments attract a penalty of INR 1000 per day beyond the deadline. Students can make payments online through secured portals or via NEFT/RTGS transactions.
If a student withdraws from the university before completing the academic year, the refund policy applies as follows:
- Withdrawal within the first month: 100% refund
- Withdrawal between 1–3 months: 80% refund
- Withdrawal after 3 months: No refund
The official refund process takes up to 45 days from the date of withdrawal, subject to verification and approval by the finance department.
