Mess charges are structured on a monthly basis, with different tariffs depending on the type of accommodation. Students can opt for various meal plans, including vegetarian, non-vegetarian, or hybrid options. The mess billing system is automated, allowing students to track their consumption and manage payments online via the campus portal.

Rebate policies are available for students who do not consume meals regularly or those who take leaves during the semester. Applications for rebates must be submitted before the start of each semester.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university provides several financial aid options to deserving students:

  • SC/ST/PwD Category: Full waiver of tuition fees and hostel charges for eligible students. Additional concessions may be granted based on family income.
  • EWS Category: 50% reduction in tuition fees and full waiver of hostel charges.
  • MCM (Married Children of Military Personnel): Partial waiver of fees and accommodation charges upon submission of valid documentation.

Eligibility criteria for scholarships are based on academic performance, family income, and social background. Students must submit detailed applications along with supporting documents to the finance department.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fees must be paid within 10 days of the start of each semester. Late payments attract a penalty of INR 1000 per day beyond the deadline. Students can make payments online through secured portals or via NEFT/RTGS transactions.

If a student withdraws from the university before completing the academic year, the refund policy applies as follows:

  • Withdrawal within the first month: 100% refund
  • Withdrawal between 1–3 months: 80% refund
  • Withdrawal after 3 months: No refund

The official refund process takes up to 45 days from the date of withdrawal, subject to verification and approval by the finance department.
