Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Refund Policy
- Withdrawal within 15 days: Full refund minus processing fees
- Withdrawal after 15 days but before 30 days: Refund of 75% minus processing fees
- Withdrawal after 30 days: No refund except in exceptional circumstances
