All fees must be paid through online payment gateways or bank transfers. Payment deadlines are strictly enforced, and late payments attract a penalty of INR 1000 per day until the due date is met.
In case of withdrawal from the program, students can apply for refunds after submitting a formal request to the finance department. Refund amounts depend on the number of days attended and are processed within 30 working days.
Students must ensure that all dues are cleared before leaving the campus. Any outstanding balances will be deducted from their refund amount or require additional payment through official channels.
