Hostel & Mess Charges

Hostel rooms are categorized into single, double, triple, and quad occupancy. Rates vary depending on room type and amenities offered. Single occupancy rooms cost approximately INR 15000 per month, while shared rooms are priced accordingly.

The mess operates on a monthly billing system with options for advance payment or installment plans. Students can choose from different meal plans including vegetarian, non-vegetarian, and special dietary requirements.

Rebate policies allow students to receive partial refunds if they are absent for more than 3 days due to valid reasons like illness or family emergencies. Rebates are calculated based on the number of days missed and are processed monthly.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Several financial aid options are available for students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds:

  • SC/ST/PwD Category: Full waiver of tuition fee and hostel rent for eligible students.
  • EWS Category: 50% reduction in tuition fee and full waiver of hostel rent.
  • MCM (Minority Community): 25% reduction in tuition fee and partial waiver of hostel rent.

Eligibility criteria are based on income slabs, family size, and educational qualifications. Applications must be submitted along with supporting documents such as caste certificates, income certificates, and domicile proofs.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fees must be paid through online payment gateways or bank transfers. Payment deadlines are strictly enforced, and late payments attract a penalty of INR 1000 per day until the due date is met.

In case of withdrawal from the program, students can apply for refunds after submitting a formal request to the finance department. Refund amounts depend on the number of days attended and are processed within 30 working days.

Students must ensure that all dues are cleared before leaving the campus. Any outstanding balances will be deducted from their refund amount or require additional payment through official channels.
