Hostel & Mess Charges

The university provides comfortable accommodation in well-maintained hostels with modern amenities. Room types include single, double, and triple occupancy options, each with air conditioning, internet connectivity, and common areas.

Mess charges are inclusive of three meals daily (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). The campus mess operates under strict hygiene standards and offers varied menu items to cater to different dietary preferences. Students can customize their meal plans based on seasonal availability and nutritional needs.

Rebate policies allow students to receive partial refunds if they are absent for more than two consecutive days due to valid reasons such as illness or travel. Additional services like room service, laundry, and security are available at extra charges.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university offers several financial aid options to eligible students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds:

  • SC/ST/PwD Category: Students from these categories receive a 50% fee waiver on tuition and hostel charges. Additional concessions are available for medical expenses and examination fees.
  • EWS Category: Eligible students receive a 25% fee concession on all components except tuition, which is fully waived.
  • MCM (Minority Community): Students from minority communities receive a 10% discount on tuition and hostel fees.

Income slabs for fee concessions are as follows:

  • Below ₹2 Lakh: Full fee waiver
  • ₹2 - ₹5 Lakh: 50% fee concession
  • ₹5 - ₹10 Lakh: 25% fee concession

Application for financial aid must be submitted through the university portal with supporting documents including income certificate, caste certificate (if applicable), and Aadhaar card.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Fees can be paid online via net banking, credit/debit cards, or UPI. Payment deadlines are clearly communicated to students before the start of each semester. Late payments attract a penalty fee of ₹500 per month.

In case of withdrawal from the program, the refund policy applies as follows:

  • Before 30 days of commencement: Full refund minus administrative charges
  • Between 30-60 days: 75% refund
  • After 60 days: No refund

Students who withdraw due to personal reasons or academic performance may be eligible for partial refunds based on institutional policies. Refunds are processed within 30 working days after submission of necessary documentation.
